Dec. 20, 2025“Americans are being robbed,” said Congressman Randy Fine. "Somalians, illegals, and even legal immigrants are getting free handouts at the expense of American taxpayers. That is insane, it is immoral, and it must stop.”
"Hardworking Americans should not be paying for non-citizens' healthcare, free housing, food stamps, Medicaid, or anything else for that matter. Citizens come first. Period,” Fine continued. "My legislation will ensure that non-citizens don't receive any government benefits from the taxpayer. If you want free stuff, then you need to go home."

Others endured permanent losses, such as the tragic deaths of Kayla Hamilton, Laken Riley, and Jocelyn Nunngaray at the hands of illegal aliens released by the Biden administration at the southern border, all of whose parents are left without a child. Our nation should never endure a deliberate economic, social, and security crisis because the federal government failed in its most basic responsibility: securing our borders."

Aug. 26, 2025“Every American deserves to walk our streets without fear,” said Congressman Randy Fine. “Biden’s catastrophic border policies led to too many tragedies—including children, lost to brutal attacks by those who had no right to be here. That ends now.”
Congressman Fine joined ICE agents conducting operations to remove criminal illegal aliens from communities. “I was proud to stand with our brave ICE agents taking illegal aliens off our streets,” Fine stated. “These illegal aliens have no place in America, and we’re finally putting an end to the Democrat-enabled invasion of our nation. Our goal is clear: American voices must be heard, and American lives must be protected.”
