Washington, D.C. – The Mass Deportation Coalition announced today the release of its playbook which lays out how to deport at least one million illegal aliens in 2026. During his Presidential Campaign, President Trump promised to “carry out the largest deportation operation in American history.” This playbook shows him that he still can carry out his promise to the American people.

The coalition conducted polling that shows Americans want mass deportations. 86.7% of Trump voters and 78.9% of Hispanics support his goal to deport more illegal aliens than President Eisenhower, which was about one-third of all illegal aliens at the time.
The playbook shows how once one million illegal aliens are deported, in the final years of his presidency, President Trump can deport those who are deportable. This starts with moving from phase 1 (worst-of-the-worst) to phase 2 (mass deportations), with worksite enforcement, a whole of government approach, complete data transparency, and meaningful metrics.
Heritage Foundation President Dr. Kevin Roberts gave this statement:
“Thanks to President Trump’s leadership, America is on the verge of a new Golden Age. Continuing his transformative agenda includes maintaining our secure borders, eliminating fraud, and putting the American people first by delivering exactly what voters were promised—the largest deportation operation in American history. This playbook provides a roadmap to advancing what will be President Trump’s lasting legacy: Making America Great Again.”
Oversight Project President Mike Howell gave this statement:
“The number of illegal aliens in the USA has two commas in it. The deportation number needs two commas as well. This playbook proves that it can be done, easily.”
Immigration Accountability President Chris Chleminski gave this statement:
"President Trump’s victory in 2024 was a decisive mandate for the largest mass deportation operation in American history. Polling confirms that voters do not merely support mass deportations—they expect them. To the electorate, this is a vital step toward restoring the credibility of our immigration system, ensuring public safety, and securing economic stability for American workers. This playbook provides the administration with the essential legal and logistical framework to achieve this historic objective."
Former Head of ICE and CBP Mark Morgan gave this statement:
"The end of illegal immigration will only be achieved through the rigorous enforcement of the law. We must not accept when politicians act as if the law is an advisory opinion and use the need for "prioritization" as a cloak for intentional non-enforcement based on the prevailing ideology, politics, or influence by special interest groups.
A century of political failures has brought us here, but we can fix this. The future of our nation depends on it."
FAIR Executive Director and General Counsel Dale Wilcox gave this statement:
“The American people overwhelmingly support removing the millions of illegal aliens now in the United States and are entitled to the full enforcement of our laws. This playbook lays out a blueprint to shift gears, expand removals, and accomplish that goal. Nothing is more critical to preserving the promise of the American dream and ensuring that it thrives for generations to come.”
Ohio College Republicans Chairman Gabe Guidarini gave this statement:
“Most policy issues impacting my generation, whether it be affordability, crime, or wages, are all downstream of immigration. My peers in Generation Z deserve a quality of life reflective of the nation they grew up reading about, and this playbook provides the blueprint.”
DataRepublican (Jennica Pounds):
“The most diverse Republican coalition in history voted for mass deportation. This playbook shows exactly how to deliver it. The only people standing in the way are the ones getting paid to."
Center for Baptist Leadership Executive Director William Wolfe:
“The moral urgency of delivering on the promise of mass deportations cannot be overstated. Contrary to what so many liberal Christian advocacy groups claim, there is nothing immoral or unchristian about removing illegal aliens from the United States in order to protect American citizens and secure the sovereignty of our people. Mass deportations are a just, righteous, and reasonable solution to mass migration, and this playbook shows the Administration how to get it done.”

Surrogate and Lawmaker Quotes:
Rep. Tom Emmer, House Majority Whip:
“77 million Americans gave President Trump and congressional Republicans a mandate to seal the southern border and remove illegal aliens from our country. Thanks to the historic funding for federal law enforcement in Republicans’ One Big Beautiful Bill, the Trump Administration has the tools and now an innovative blueprint to help carry out its promises to the American people. But Congress cannot allow open border Democrats to drain those resources. We have a closed border, a country that respects the rule of law, and an administration that is shipping criminals back to where they came from. House Republicans can’t let our foot off the gas and must continue to push for funding bills that support the Administration’s mass deportation agenda. We look forward to working alongside the new Coalition and its partners — many of whom were with us every step of the way driving H.R. 2 from introduction to passage — to make sure we can deliver the results the American people were promised.”
Rep. Chip Roy:
“I’m grateful for the work of the Mass Deportation Coalition and its collaboration with lawmakers, conservative organizations, and former Border Patrol agents to advance President Trump’s goal of deporting the millions of illegal aliens who flooded our country. This is a complex and significant challenge, and it requires coordinated, strategic efforts like those led by the Coalition. Their work reflects a commitment to restoring order and prioritizing the economic, cultural, and security interests of the American people. Congress now must back them up fully by codifying President Trump’s strong border policies and by giving law enforcement the resources necessary to get the job done.”
Senate candidate Nate Morris:
“The American people gave President Trump a mandate to secure our border and remove every illegal alien who came into our country. I truly believe that if we want to Save America, It's vital that these deportations occur as rapidly as possible. I look forward to standing with the coalition to make sure Congress follows through with President Trump’s agenda.”
Former Congressman Tom Tancredo:
“This playbook is the definitive roadmap for reclaiming our national sovereignty and reversing the Biden border invasion. It provides the uncompromising, whole-of-government strategy—with worksite enforcement at the core—that is required to restore the rule of law across our nation. I wholeheartedly endorse this bold plan to achieve at least one million deportations in 2026. Mass deportations are the only way to stop the fragmentation of our communities and return control of our destiny to the American people.”
