This bill statutorily disqualifies a non-U.S. national (alien under federal law) affiliated with one or more groups from receiving a visa or admission to the United States.
The disqualification applies to a non-U.S. national who (1) is affiliated with Hamas, Hezbollah, Al Qaeda, ISIS, Palestine Islamic Jihad, or a successor group; or (2) endorses or espouses terrorist activities conducted by these groups.
