Uyghur Human Rights Protection Act

This bill designates specific groups connected to the XUAR as Priority 2 refugees for resettlement in the U.S., allows refugee processing to occur in thir countries, and exempts them from numerical limits and the standard presumption that they intend to stay permanently. The program expires after 10 years.
