  • the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024.

The departments, agencies, and activities funded in the resolution include

  • Department of Defense military construction and family housing activities,
  • the Department of Veterans Affairs,

  • the Food and Drug Administration,
  • the Department of Commerce,
  • the Department of Justice,
  • the science agencies,
  • the Department of Energy,
  • the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
