CRITICAL UPDATE: The Supreme Court's ruling on Birthright Citizenship

Dear Patriot,

The Supreme Court's ruling today on automatic Birthright Citizenship fundamentally changes our path forward.

For years, we've argued that Congress can end the practice of granting automatic citizenship to children of illegal aliens through legislation. But the High Court ruled that the 14th Amendment DOES guarantee Birthright Citizenship. This ruling is a devastating blow to the rule of law and control of our sovereignty, but the Immigration Accountability Project is pressing forward.

Today's ruling dramatically increases the immediate urgency for mass deportations to stop the widespread abuse of birthright citizenship at its source. If we cannot change the birthright policy tomorrow, we must remove those unlawfully residing here today.

That is why the Immigration Accountability Project helped form the Mass Deportation Coalition–to ensure the administration has the operational roadmap and public support required to execute the largest deportation operation in American history.

It also increases the urgency to stop illegal immigration for good, passing strict border security measures to stop future surges.

Congress can still legislate a pause on all legal immigration while the Administration takes the action necessary to stop illegal aliens and birth tourists from exploiting our system.

We know how to get it done. But we can't chart this path forward alone. Your support today equips us to mobilize the public and confront Capitol Hill with the solutions they can no longer ignore.

Will you chip in a tax-deductible gift today to help keep the Immigration Accountability Project on the frontlines?
