Returning Illegals over Turmoil Act

This bill makes illegal aliens, DACA recipients, and green-card holders deportable for actual or attempted assault, battery, or use of force against a law enforcement officer or a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, or willful destruction, defacement, or vandalism of public property. Aliens convicted of such rioting activity are inadmissible, ineligible for relief, and subject to mandatory detention. In the case of a declared emergency, discretion to enforce these provisions is suspended and such aliens are subject to expedited removal.
