No Immigration Benefits for Hamas Terrorists Act

This bill makes inadmissible aliens who carried out, participated in, planned, financed, afforded material support to, or otherwise facilitated attacks against Israel by Hamas since Oct. 7th, 2023. Further, they are made ineligible for relief from detention or removal.
