Deport Alien Gang Members Act

This bill establishes a process to place immigration restrictions on criminal gang members. Criminal gang members are made inadmissible, deportable, subject to mandatory detention, and ineligible for asylum, temporary protected status (TPS), special immigrant juvenile status (SIJ), parole, and relief from removal.
