This bill authorizes Irish nationals to use unused Australian E-3 visas from the previous fiscal year, provided the employer is in good standing with and is using E-Verify. Australia already has 10,500 visas designated by law each year. Like the Australians, only the principal alien would count towards the cap, meaning spouses and children wouldn't count.
