Shadow Wolves Improvement Act

The bill aims to improve the effectiveness of the "Shadow Wolves" program. The Shadow Wolves are a specialized unit, largely composed of Native American officers, within ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) known for their tracking skills used primarily along the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona to combat smuggling operations.
