Keep Our Communities Safe Act of 2026

This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) to authorize the extended and indefinite detention of inadmissible or deportable aliens both during removal proceedings and after a final order of removal, effectively superseding the Supreme Court's six-month post-removal detention limits under Zadvydas v. Davis.
