End Child Trafficking Now Act This bill does not allow aliens to enter the United States with a minor without documents proving the alien is a relative or guardian of the minor and a witness testifying to the relationship or a DNA test is administered. Further, the bill criminalizes the use of non-related children for the purposes of entering the U.S.
