Ban Birth Tourism Act of 2026
This bill makes B-visa nonimmigrants inadmissible for seeking entry to engage in birth tourism, while establishing a broader deportability ground for any alien who enters the U.S. for the primary purpose of obtaining citizenship for a child by giving birth (or who is likely to give birth within 10 months of entry).
