Securing our Border Act

This bill transfers unobligated funds to Customs and Border Protection for nonintrusive border inspection system and border wall construction, authorizes recruitment bonuses for CBP agents, and requires aliens arriving between ports of entry to be returned to that territory or detained for a pending asylum claim. The law already requires detention or return to Mexico, so the final provision simply reclarifies existing law.
