PEACE in Sudan Act
This bill establishes visa sanctions for any foreign person determined by the President to be responsible for or complicit in actions that threaten the peace, security, and stability of Sudan, as well as anyone providing them with material or financial support. This includes individuals who supply arms to the Sudanese Armed Forces, the Rapid Support Forces, or non-state armed groups, recruit child soldiers, commit atrocities and gross human rights violations, smuggle natural resources like gold and gum arabic, target civilians, obstruct humanitarian aid, or impede the transition to a civilian government.
