Justice for Victims of Sanctuary Cities Act of 2025

This bill expands the definition of sanctuary cities to include complying with a detainer, establishes a private right of action for victims of illegal aliens (and their families) as a result of sanctuary policies, and grants immunity to State and local law enforcement when complying with a detainer.
