Polisario Front Terrorist Designation Act of 2026

This bill establishes visa sanctions for members and representatives of the Polisario Front by mandating its designation as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) under the Immigration and Nationality Act if the group is determined to have cooperated with, supplied, or received arms, UAVs, military intelligence, or operational support from Iranian-affiliated terrorist organizations under the Polisario Front Terrorist Designation Act of 2026.
