DEPORT Act of 2026

This bill:

  • Requires aliens, as part of naturalization, to complete an oath that they have not been convicted or have charges pending related to a long list of terrorism-related offenses and that they do not intend to commit such an offense;
  • Renders each alien denaturalized deportable and inadmissible; and
  • Permanently bars admission for aliens convicted of terrorism-related offenses.
