The Dalilah Law

This bill prohibits states from issuing commercial driver's licenses (CDLs) to illegal aliens and any individual who is not a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or holder of an E-2, H-2A, or H-2B visa. Furthermore, it requires states to verify the legal immigration status and English proficiency of all current CDL holders within 180 days or face the withdrawal of federal funding.
