Sanctuary Penalty and Public Protection Act of 2025

This bill directs the Department of Homeland Security to create a database of sanctuary jurisdictions, including those that prohibit communication with ICE, refuse to comply with detainers, or prohibit the DHS or the DOJ from interviewing incarcerated aliens to determine if they're in the country illegally. The jurisdictions listed lose access to all federal funds.
