LOAN Act

This bill grants Federal educational aid funds for so-called DREAMers, defined as inadmissible or deportable aliens with certain academic credentials, and any aliens that would have been eligible for President Obama-era memos creating Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals in 2012 and the successor memo covering illegal alien parents of citizen children in 2014.
