Protect Patriot Parents Act

This bill allows illegal alien parents of a U.S. citizen who served Active Duty,  are in a reserve component, and/or who were honorably discharged to adjust status with inadmissibility grounds waived. Additionally, this bill establishes a new nonimmigrant program, allowing aliens eligible to adjust their status to enter the United States while applying to adjust, provided they are currently outside the country.
