Supporting Farm Operations Act of 2025

This bill freezes the Adverse Effect Wage Rate (AEWR), which is effectively the minimum wage for H-2A agricultural workers, at the level it was at the end of 2023, until 2027. In other words, the Department of Labor would no longer be able to raise wages for H-2As in order to help keep those jobs competitive for American workers.
