Venezuelan Adjustment Act

This bill gives green cards (amnesty with a path to citizenship) to all Venezuelans who entered the U.S. before 2022 and who register within 3 years of enactment, including aliens previously ordered excluded, deported, removed, or granted voluntary departure. The green cards are not subject to numerical limitations, and the only real bars are felony convictions, convictions of two or more "crimes of moral turpitude," or participation in persecution. The bill's House sponsor estimates the eligible population at 400,000.
