Nicholas Douglas Quets Border Travel Safety Act

This bill directs the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting through U.S. Customs and Border Protection, to install and maintain bilingual warning signage and digital travel advisories at and approaching southern land ports of entry, alerting outbound travelers to violent cartels and unauthorized checkpoints in Mexico. However, it establishes no interdiction tools, detention mandates, or enforcement mechanisms targeting criminal aliens, cartel operatives, or the inbound flow of illegal aliens.
