Restriction of Immigration Enforcement Actions at Children's Playgrounds

This bill strictly prohibits any agent, officer, or employee of the Department of Homeland Security, or anyone acting under their authority, from conducting immigration enforcement actions against aliens, including illegal aliens, at children's playgrounds. The bill fails to define what counts as a playground or the geographic radius within which enforcement is banned, effectively creating sanctuary zones where children could be playing.
