To prohibit immigration enforcement actions at child care facilities.

This bill bars immigration enforcement actions at child care facilities, but it neither defines what that means nor provides exceptions for exigent circumstances, such as a medical emergency or the pursuit of a fleeing felon. Troublingly, this would make child care facilities sanctuaries for dangerous aliens.
