Restriction of Immigration Enforcement Actions at School Bus Stops for Children

This bill strictly prohibits any agent, officer, or employee of the Department of Homeland Security, or anyone acting under their authority, from conducting immigration enforcement actions against aliens, including illegal aliens, at school bus stops for children.

This would establish sanctuary bus stops (not defined, nor including a radius), which introduces a tactical loophole for illegal aliens, human smugglers, and criminal aliens, allowing them to intentionally utilize or remain in proximity to school bus stops to successfully evade lawful DHS operations.
