State-Sponsored Visa Pilot Program Act of 2026

This bill allows state governments to sponsor aliens and their spouses and children for admission to reside in such State to perform services, provide capital investment, direct the operations of an enterprise, or otherwise contribute to the economic development agenda of such State in a manner determined by the State. The bill grants these aliens visas for 3 years, subject to renewal upon request of the State.
