Conrad 30 Physician Workforce Optimization Act

This bill expands the J Visa Conrad 30 program for aliens seeking to waive the 2-year home residency requirement by extending from 10 to 15 the available "flex" slots for each participating state in the program. The bill also establishes a portal for J Visa aliens rejected in one state to offer up their services to other interested states with openings.
