BOOT Sharia Law Act

This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to penalize aliens who advocate for Sharia law or engage in activities opposing the U.S. Constitution and form of government. Specifically, the legislation would disqualify these individuals from establishing "good moral character," maintaining eligibility for asylum or refugee status, and retaining lawful permanent residency. Furthermore, it targets those who use violence or coercion to enforce Islamic values, as well as individuals who participate in protests supporting state sponsors of terrorism.
