Private Detention Accountability Act

This bill requires the Office of Detention Oversight to conduct audits of detention facilities and prohibits U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from newly housing illegal aliens at such facilities until any identified deficiencies are remediated and reported to Congress.
