Save the Kurds Act

This bill establishes visa sanctions for certain officials of the Government of Syria, foreign persons who support or act on behalf of the Syrian government (including those involved in human rights abuses, transnational crime, or military support), and leaders or principal shareholders of sanctioned Syrian financial institutions.
