STOP MADNESS Act

This bill authorizes the President to impose sanctions (blocking property and assets) on:

  1. Foreign governments that refuse or obstruct U.S. efforts to repatriate their citizens who have entered the U.S. unlawfully; and
  2. Foreign governments and foreign persons who knowingly facilitate unlawful immigration into the U.S.
