PROTECT Military Families Act

This bill requires DHS to grant parole to an alien who is the spouse, widow or widower, parent, or child of a member of the Armed Forces in active duty, member of Selected Reserve of the Ready Reserve, or any former member (living or deceased) on active duty or of the Selected Reserve of the Ready Reserve.
