Temporary Immigration Judge Integrity Act
This bill limits who qualifies to serve as a temporary immigration judge, in an effort to stop the Trump Administration's surge of military lawyers serving as immigration judges and to force reliance on long-term immigration judges and attorneys for temporary service.
