Upholding Protections for Unaccompanied Children Act of 2025

This bill exempts aliens designated as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC), at any time, from certain fees required under the One Big Beautiful Bill. Further, it prohibits the information collected on UAC sponsors (including illegal aliens) by Health and Human Services from being shared with the Department of Homeland Security.
