CCP IP Act

This bill makes Chinese nationals who have engaged in a pattern of theft or receipt of stolen intellectual property inadmissible and ineligible for visas or parole. The bill also prohibits the entry of senior Chinese officials and their spouses, members of the Chinese government, and members of the People's Liberation Army, until the President certifies that China is no longer engaging in intellectual property theft.
