Veterans Visa and Protection Act of 2025

This bill:

  • Requires the creation of a program to allow noncitizen veterans to either be admitted to the U.S. for permanent residence or to adjust status with no numerical limitation, so long as they have no conviction for a crime of violence (subject to waiver); and
  • Allows all aliens using the program to be eligible for all military and veteran benefits.
