America’s CHILDREN Act of 2025

This bill offers "age-out protections" for so-called "documented dreamers" who have been here for at least 8 years, allowing them to stay classified as "children" under immigration law, even if their parents' green card application takes years and they become legal adults. These protections apply to nearly all nonimmigrant employment-based visas, including those without dual intent or a direct path to citizenship. Additionally, the bill grants permanent residence to certain college graduate alien dependents, provided they were in the U.S. for at least 10 years as a dependent child.
