American Tech Workforce Act
This bill makes significant reforms to improve the H-1B program. It-
- Ends Optional Practical Training (OPT);
- Establishes a $150,000 wage floor for all H-1Bs;
- Limits H-1Bs working for a third-party to 1 year;
- Prioritizes the awarding of H-1Bs based on wage level offered.
