DOCTORS Act

This bill requires the reallocation of unused waivers of the foreign residency requirement for doctors on J Visas under the CONRAD-30 program. Under the program as it exists, each state gets up to 30 waivers per fiscal year, but this bill would allow 1/3 of the unused waivers to supplement the states that hit their cap by the end of the fiscal year, effectively allowing them to access more foreign doctors.
