This bill is focused primarily on the funding of the Departments of Labor, HHS, and Education, but does contain certain immigration provisions, including:

Sec. 109: Special rules for the seafood industry when using the H-2B program, including allowing staggered dates and using private wage surveys to determine the appropriate wage level.

Sec. 231: Restrictions on placement of unaccompanied children in Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) facilities and contracted locations.
