Fight for the American Dream Act
This bill allows aliens with an employment authorization document (EAD) issued under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) to enlist in the armed forces and strikes 8 U.S.C. 1439 and expands naturalization through 8 U.S.C. 1440.
