Neighbors Not Enemies Act

This bill revokes the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, which gives the President the authority to deport aliens from adversary countries when "there is a declared war between the United States and [their] foreign nation or government, or any invasion or predatory incursion is perpetrated, attempted, or threatened..."
