DHS Surveillance Technology Moratorium Act of 2026

This bill temporarily bars DHS from entering or extending contracts related to developing and implementing surveillance technology designed to help locate and track aliens until the completion of a required audit of DHS surveillance technology and public reporting requirements contained in the bill.
