Drain the Swamp Act

While primarily focused on elections, this bill requires redistricting congressional districts regardless of citizenship or immigration status, lists "documentary proof of citizenship requirements" as factors to determine if a state is taking part in vote denial or abridgment, and allows for sworn statements in lie of ID where it is required to vote.
