Respect Our Communities Act

This bill prohibits the Department of Homeland Security from constructing, acquiring, or operating any new CBP or ICE processing facility or detention center without first opening a public comment period, obtaining a signed written agreement from local and state officials, and providing a 30-day advance report to Congress.
