CRUSADE Act

This bill requires aliens obtaining lawful permanent residence under the EB-4 Special Immigrant category (religious workers, certain foreign medical graduates, and former employees of the U.S. government abroad, 14,600 in FY23) to disavow sharia law and take an oath to uphold the Constitution.
